stirring/mixing, sensor integration, gas/liquid handling, pumping, light control for photo-bioreactors, temperature control. Our biogas lab technology includes:
- the IDEAFLOW device, our innovative and unique measuring device for small gas flow rates originated from a bioproces; it is a volumetric measuring device that not only presents the typical PROs of volumetric methods over manometric devices but also several advantages compared with other volumetric devices in the market.
- various modular devices (Gas Production and Manometric Respirometers) for performing BMP (Biochemical Methane Potential) and ATA (Anaerobic Toxicity Assays) assays (parallel units from 2 to 24 and from 0.5 to 2 L).
- the IDEAFOS device for estimating the FOS/TAC (1-4 parallel units), the supporting decision instrument for the optimal operation and safety of the system.
- the 4L lab biogas digester to simulate the full-scale plants, with an inlet port for high solid feed, a slurry discharge port with a ball valve and a powerful 2 Nm stepper motor with a magnetic coupling mechanism with the internal shaft.
Optionally, all the biogas devices can be connected to a single experiment supervision HMI for a superior control of the biogas lab!

Pre-Order
Third-party sensors for liquids (flow, pH, ORP, DO, CO2 liquid, conduttivity, pressure, biomass) and gases (pressure, flow, O2, CH4, CO2, H2S) can be connected to our Control Unit and makes a powerfull monitoring device.
Specific sensor configuration can be arranged in a simple way, for example pressure sensor to measure TMP (TransMembrane Pressure) in MBRs (Membrane BioReactors).

A portable configuration is avalable: laptop + sensor (DO, pH, ORP, conductivity) + vessel (power supplied by the laptop).
