CONFIGURABLE BIOREACTION SYSTEM

IDEA CONFIGURABLE BIOREACTIONS SYTEM is a modular device for cultivation purposes for batch, fed-batch and continuous processes. The basic configuration consists of the bioreaction glass vessel (from 250 mL to 5L) with the integrated stirring equipment. Additional ​functions can be added to develop the configuration that the customer needs (e.g., pumps, sensors, controls, …). Also, multiple in parallel / in series vessels systems are easy to configure with our technology.

Vessel types

- SCREW-HEAD vessels (Duran GL80 (DN65) & GL100 (DN80) wide neck bottles), a cost-saving solution with less connectivity,

- FLANGED-HEAD vessels (Duran DN60/150/200),​ a solution with higher prices but more connectivity.

Mixing types

- mag stirrer,

- overhead stirrer,

- air/gas supply.
